Delivery policy

At Braised Yum, we are committed to providing timely and reliable delivery service for your convenience. Please review our delivery policy below:

Delivery Schedule

• We currently deliver only on Sundays for lunch.
• Deliveries will start at 11 AM and continue until 2 PM.

Delivery Timing

• Delivery times may vary based on the volume of orders, traffic conditions, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• While we strive to deliver within the specified time frame, there may be occasional delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Order Cut-off

• Orders must be placed by Saturday at 12 PM for delivery on the following Sunday.
• We will not be able to honor any order changes made after Saturday 12 PM. This includes cancelations and refunds.

Delivery Zones

• We are presently accepting delivery orders only for a 10-mile radius in Gainesville, FL.
• Specifically, this includes the following zip-codes: 32601, 32602, 32603, 32604, 32605, 32606, 32607, and 32608.
